The decision of Supreme court is certainly wise & unto the present requirement!
The criticism put forward by the Apex court on the Government for not implementingvthe orders of the Super court of the country in respect of 4 requirements suggested by them is very Important & relevant to the context.
There are many a threat that could come in the way of the NIDHI from various sources!
Especially the Security to the Vaults is of paramount Importance! On several grounds!
Just telling The Apex Court that Keltron has been approached & the amount required to be paid to them has been fixed is the most foolish statement fromvthe Government representative in the Court.
All the 4 orders of the Court should be implemented forthwith.All these days what was the Government & their Secretaries & Officials were doing after drawing Huge Salaries from Public money is a matter of Surprise to the Taxpayers of the Nation!
