A thorough Examination with a view to ensuring the Strength or Weakness of the Dam with due care & examination of SURKI Mixture used in the Dam long ago ( more than 100 years back)in order to submit a report to the APEX COURT IS IN PROGRESS SINCE A FEW DAYS SO LONG AS IT DOES NOT HURT HER BELLY BEING A BOREHOLE OPERATION/SURGERY OR THE LIFE & property of the People around her it looks OK.There is a specific Reason in telling this way because the borehole surgery is learnt to last a month or two.until then unless GOD protects HIS Own people from His own country from severe Earth quake of 6 or above on Rector scale reading,the matters could tur out to be really disastrous resulting in Total Tragedy.the Tamil Naadu CM or for that matter any Official or Minister or even Political leaders of either TN or Kerala has any control of the Nature as far as general knowledge of Public goesThe Mahabharat can not witness yet another war between two of her children TN & Kerala which is avoidable with immediate intervention of ApexCourt alone An examination carried out until recently revealed that after digging boreholes in about 3.5 meters of the D Could produce just about 65 smaller bigger pieces of stones alone & that's too without an element of presence of much acclaimed SURKI Mixture!! In all normal cases the sample of a few laments of any object is sufficient to prove it's suitability, but this case being one tending to war between TN & Kerala the examination is required on a basis of samples from more areas & that too from areas supposed to be stronger than present one .Who was behind issuing such a A curious instruction is ,however,unknown. anyhow it is expected as per reports in the Media to take a month or Two Before proceeding further,a fair knowledge of what this SURKI MIXTURE is all about seems to be necessary & probably a must for at least lay people of GOD'S Own Country. let us try to look into this aspect of the case which would be ,apparently,of prominent importance. To matters relating to the Dam SURRKY MIXTURE: What is this? This is nothing but a a mix of elements of building materials being used in construction even in this modern World. To be precise ,the Mortar mixture as is called by the Enginneers & Builders Of any construction & Sand,this material is of 3 different kinds. They are 1)Cement&Lime Mortar 2)Lime SURKY Pozzalana Morta & The above can be further distinguished to on proportional basis into: 1)Lime SURKI Mortar at 1:2 presence of Lime& Sand 2)Lime& cement mortar at1:2 cement& Lime mix& 3)Combination Mortar in which the proportion is 2:1:9 the presence of cement,lime& sand respectively. LIME IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE PLASTERING ELEMENT WHICH COULD GIVE STRENGTH TO CEMENT, AND SAND IF PROPERLY. Let us come to our Dam Mullaperyar One more attempt was made by the Team of Engineers & the representatives of the two Governments of TN & Kerala on the stronger part of the Dam to collect ONE mETER of Sample which took 3 hours to dig And no trace of SURKI Mixture was stated to have been found. This naturally revealed two clear evidences to Assume the weakness of the Dam as under: On 4 th Jan2012 these examinations commenced ,In the two lots of Samples collected in the first& 2 nd attempts no or negligible SURKY elements were found This could be the most strengthening evidences in favour for the the views of the Kerala because: 1)In the first attempt in the supposed to be weaker part of the Dam no SURKY found means the SURKY Mixture put 100 years ago has been lost presumably flowing into the water in the Peryar River& AND 2)in spite of digging stronger which two hours to dig just one meter indicates the SURKY Mixture is Is totally missing in the Dam The TN has started the "SNAIL PACE" examination tactics to delay the further process The Dam has a length of 1200 feet.the examination is being carried out by devising in Taking into account the depth of the dam devising the depth into two categories of Of 475 feet&780 feet separately by digging Bore Holes of 55 mm. Until now no trace of SURKY or negligible element of SURKY could be found Evidently,this is enough to safely assume the Dam is weak beyond doubt. Thus all the arguments put forward by TN appear to be of irrelevant nature. Why still the examination is being prolonged is a matter needing examination. Unless Kerala informs the Apex court about the true findings earlier than the TN giv The TN gives their report,the matter for decision by the Court might be delayed again So may God Help His Own Country to use some favorable discretion for the Welfare Of the People around the Dam!
