The statement made by the former minister in short was that the former minister had said that the good old LAVLIN CASE &THE PRESENT LAND GIVING CASES OF CM ARE OF SIMILAR NATURE BEING POLITICALLY MOTIVATED.IT IS A MATTER TO BE FOUND BY THE COURT IF THE CASE COMES TO VIGILANCE COURT FIRST AND LATER TO THE SUPERIOR COURTS. AS THE PRESENTCASE ALSO APPEARS TO HAVE SUFFICIENT EVIDENCE IT MIGHT COME TOTHE LEVEL OF THE LAVALIN. THE LAVLIN IS ONEWHICHINVOLVE ENORMOUS ENORMOUS CRORES OF RUPPEES LOSS TO EXCHEQUER PROVEDBYTHE BIGGEST AUDITOR OF THE COUNTRY CALLED C.A.G OF INDIA.SO THAT STANDS! The interpretation of the former Home minister was to establish his right to become Opposition leader ifthe former CM resins and the right to become CM if his patty againcomes toP power .the idea is to do away with the intention of the patty secretary's desire. Both the views are however dreams & illusions as in the case of WB.
