Dam This dam above is the Neyyar Sanctuary .This wild life reserve Is the drainage Basin for the Neyyar River & it's Tributaries Mullayar& Kallar This is situated in the State of Kerala in India Elephants This one in the picture is known as Periyar Sanctuary.the place is also called Thekkadi.The Periyar wildlife Sanctuary is a highly Protected Tiger& Elephant reserve in Kerala State of Southern India .This sanctuary was declared as a National Park in 1982. However,of late,recently the flow of Foreign traffic to India has lessened owing to the spreading of news Of Children Abuse& the most brutal way of treating the women in India especially in the Northern India& the Capital of this otherwise holy Nation. Until& unless people recognize themselves ,the detrimental after effects of such Brutal acts , it is going to be a sad state of affairs for this Great Nation in the eyes of the World.
