Later on there had been some dispute over selling Land in The SEZ.This took. 4 years to sort out resulting in the Sleeping over the Project For more than 4 years by the ruling part The dispute was over 12% free holding land. 1. In line 8 of above Blog please read the term "acknowledge" correctly as "a knowledge based".
    Errors deeply regretted.

  2. When it is common man's knowledge that economic progress is realized through industries and there by
through investments for industries, by all means all , investments are welcome.People,as a rule of the thumb, invest only for profit. No one wants to invest huge amounts of money for charity. Here in Kerala, if external investments are required, while welcoming them, care has to be taken to ensure that the interest of the people of the nation is not jeopardized.I don't know whether there are some clauses in the relevant "Smart city MOUs" signed so far, that may affect the interest of the people of India, and especially of Kerala .As long as I am ignorant as to the contents of the agreements, I am in no way able to make a comment on the smart city issues focused upon in your blog. Moreover in our country we witness more political gymnastic games played by all parties from the extreme left to the extreme right of the political spectrum, motivated by lust or greed for power and pelf rather than love for the nation. In the political scenario, love for the country is relegated to somewhere in the back yard and love for money, power, liquor and flesh show themselves up in the front. We are not ripe for a democracy. If we are ruled by a dictator whose mind is full of unadulterated love for the nation, I will vote for him and I earnestly pray for the birth of the such an "Avathar".

  3. I totally agree with you in regard to the way in which Political Parties are mad after Power& Liquor in Kerala.

The Policy of left especially is to oppose anything proposed by the Right to get Political mileage.

In most of the cases ,the left is ruled mainly by ignorance.some comments on political & economical issues by the left MPs especially the " kitty sakhakkal " of SFI& DYFY givevample opportunity to laugh.

What Winston Churchill told while handing over Power after getting Independence is being proved true in to to by the Political parties today.
He had said" Dont hand over Power to Indians.if you do,they would fight among themselves for Power one day& destroy this Holy& beautiful country".

  4. Although I agree with all your views ,I slightly reserve my view in regard to the Dictatorship preferred by you because I don't believe in Hitler's policy.but when we face the indifferent attitude by different Political parties regarding development to the nation& instead trying to destroy this beautiful nation with the policy of " Devide& Rule" ,no wonder you opted for Hitler's policy. At least there is discipline in the rule of Dictators.
    Thanks a lot
