What is an App?There are many websites on computer.Some are good and useful Most of them are bad and harmful.An app is a mini form of a website.As websites are designed apps are also designed by interested parties.So everyone should be careful in selecting Mobile apps.Some of them could be a trap.If we download and install apps on mobile whenever we come across them from displays,we are entering a dragon the coming out of which could turn into a dilemma ,passing through the horns of which could turn into a Herculian Task.So one has to be extremely careful in selecting apps.Most of the victims of app could be students who makes use of apps extensively.Too much involvement with Apps also involves downloading of apps without any bassis of looking into need ,choice,and benefit of it. The most affected are children,and youth of school going and college going nature.The charm of Smartphone for them is an open secret.There is even competition among them in going for better and better Smart phones which has the effect of overspending on them.Every day new smartphones are being produced my manufacturing companies and dumped into market for people to purchase.Most of such smartphone companies are of Foreign nature.So the enormous nature of spending money on them in purchasing, the benefit& profit goes to Forein manufacturers.The smaert phones produced in India are comparatively much less.Besides Foreign companies are invited to invest in India for producing Smart phones here.The benefit and profit comes to India only in low percentage.Besides students and youth are competing in purchasing smart phones of Foreign origin. Apart from all these the efeect of usage of smart phone through out day and night is also dangerous from health point of view.As mobile phones have influenced the day to day life of people as a matter of food and water the usage of it continuosly should be controlled.There are no much takers for phones produced in India as there is a wrong notion among Indians that foreign products are better for use.From time immemorial there is a strong belief among Indians that Electronics good originated from Japan are the best qualities in the world.To some extent this is right also.Similarly puchasing toys manufactured in china is acceptable to children is a fact we can never deny. In short the smart phones have conquered the mind of children and youth to a very large extent.They compete even in downloading and installing apps in their phone on a competitive basis. It is not only harmful by occupying extra storage space on the Mobile phone but also could lead to selecting wrong or harmful apps as in the case of visiting wrong harmful websites on computer. Nowadays,everyone knows that the future of web is without doubt belongs to Mobile apps.This is because it is so convenient to use and select.But one should be highly selective and should consider choosing an app wisely.Most of the people are accessing data and information by making use of Smart phones.This is why the Mobile market is so much grown up without which people can not survive successfully. In fact Mobile market is the one most successful in the world today and most profitable also. The Mobile app should be simpler taking into account their clear functioning pattern.Since apps are not websites creating a successful app will need correct and sharp focus.So simplicity of app is the most important aspect in selecting an app. Similarly selecting Platform for using an app is also of high importance.Microsoft was using windows aa their platforms.Nowadays there are many platforms and operating systems like IOS Similarly android and i Pad applications are also being used.So selecting the need and right Device is also very much relevantand in fact the essence of selecting app. While developing Mobile Apps the software development is also important.Continous software updating becomes a must for using right app. HTML(Hyper text mark up language) web services were present in the webworld right from the Exploration phase.Java script is also being used depending upon the need .The apps are still on the verge of finding new patterns and needs and is more or less an unending process.It will go on researching untirengly until final goal is met.The need of software also go on changing .so the process of develpment continues. So for the present, the choosing the right app for right need and of simplicity is what matters most. The software and Hardware Revolution in India took place between 1982&1986.During this period the Government was mostly concerned in exploring and implementation of various aspects relating to Digitalisation.Soft ware and Hard ware revolution was the main agenda of the Government.With constant attention to it and with Establishing IITs and similat institutions Government trained students to become ready for promoting Digital India.The first achievement was the computerisation of Railways in establishing proper methods for reservation and issuing if of Railway tickets.All over in India in all railway stations gradually Computer counters were opened and lakhs of younsters got job with Railways.Thereafter Government steadiltly moved to the manufacturing of mini computers and proper computers by importing Mother Boards to use in Computers.Computers thus found revolution in India and Institutions like ECIL,KELTRON ,UPTRON and many more started producing computers and digital equipments in India.Government gradually but cautiously invited Private enterprises also to get involved in the manufacure of Computers and Soft ware and hard wares.Thus Digitalisation found a new era in India when people and students became digital minded and more interest in Elecrtronics and othe Enginnering colleges.Enginnering colleges were opened in plenty to make India a perfect digital Nation.The process once started and developed can not be abandoned and so is being continued tirelessly since then.Thus gradually India became self sufficient. The digital India moved forward with more and more improvements on a regular basis.The next major achievement came in the year 2004.The SBI group adopted Core banking system as decided by SBI and TataConsultancy services.Over 250 branches of country's biggest lender went live on 21st oct 2004 on core banking systemimplemented by TCS,SBI's prime system integrato for the core banking and trade finance technology solutions.By March 2005 ,2000 branches across the country was to be brought under CBS.Over 60 percent of the Bank business by 2006 the bank expected to cover90 percent of business under the CBS.Thereafter the entire banking system in India was to change into Core Banking. In Kerala in the olden days App was a word used to indicate Trap.People used to say Iam in an App which meant they are in a Trap. So let us try to make use of Apps wisely by selecting right app for right use according to the choice of the user.Also one should be careful in the use of apps only when there is an absolute need and not as a routine to shine better than others.Thus Mobile Apps which are boons for humanity should be used wiesly only when required.Otherwise one will not know the damage it does to their pocket by pinching it on a continous basis.Especially for students and youngsters often it amounts to not only pinching their pockets but those of their parents as well. Chaturkshetra Darshan(Nalambala Darshanam)

HEARTFELT WELCOME TO EVERYONE IN THIS RAMAYANA MASAM There are Four Temples for Sreeraman,Lakshmanan,Bharathan&Sathrughnan (sons of King Dasarathan)in Kerala which are situated in Thriprayar,Muzhikulam,Koodal Manikyam in Irinjalakuda,and Payammal Temple where the brothers are honouredwith Prathishta according to vedic culture.The visits to all these Temple from First day of Karkidakam month until the end of the malayalam month, in the order of Rama,Bharatha,Lakshmana&Sathrughna is supposed to reward enormous Punyam to the visitor who perform the Darshan systematically.To become entitled for the rare Punya one will have to visit all the four Temples on the same day in this punyakaalam known as RAMAYANAMASAM(RamayanMonth) .Systematically means a devotee should get up early in the morning perform the morning rituals and after a neat bath preferably by dip in any Temple pond or private pond or in the absence of these in the bath room available in the place where one stays. However without bath if one visits the above Temple whether he is blessed fully by the God is a matter subjected to interpretation.If a patient wish to have Darshan in the above Temples on the same day who is prohibited from taking bath early morning it is permissible with a clean face wash and wash of Feet and hands.The faith of the person who visits all the four Temples is of paramount importance in relation to the quantum of punya(Blessings from the God) At present just Hindus are allowed to visit the above Temples although the proof of Religion is not asked to produce anywhere.There are also conditions to appy in regard to the Darshan of these Temples as marrated below: 1)Thriprayar Ramaswamy Temple: The visit to the four Temples begin with Darshan of SreeRamaswamy Temple at THRIPRAYAR.

Here in Sreeramaswamy Temple,the morning opening of the T^emple is at 3-30AM.The prathishta here is known as Chaturbahu Prathishta.From 3-30AM to 5-30AM Darshan is allowed.From 5-30 to 6-30 AM there is one hour gap when Darshan will not be alloed as during this one hour a pooja is being performed.From 6-30AM to 12noon again Darshan is allowed.In the evening again from 4-30 to 8-30 PM Darshan is allowed. There is a legend about the Thriprayar Thevar(Thriprayar Ramaswamy) It is said the idol of Lord Rama was initially worshipped as Lord Krishna at Dwaraka.After Swargarohanam of Lord Krishna the idol was immersed in sea.Later on this idol was traced in Chettuva region of Kerala by a Fisherman who reported it to the local ruler Vakkayil Kaimal.He constructed a Temple for the idol at Thriprayarand installed the idol there.Thereafter the idol was called Thriprayarappan or Thriprayar Thevar.Hence the idol resembles Chathurbhuja Vishnu

The four arms bearing the conch(Panchajanya),a disc(Sudarshanam),a bow(Kothanda)and a Garland respectively.It is also believed that the diety worshipped here possesses some of the aspects of Lord Shiva also.Itv was after killing the Asura Khara that SreeRama achieved both shaiva and vaishnava aspects. Thus Thriprayar Thevar is also called Khara Samhara Moorthy.It is also an additional belief that the portrayal of Rama with a Garland held in the hand of the image is an indication that is suggestive of aspects of Brahma and hence the diety is said to be a manifestation of the Thrimoorthys. The image is adorned with necklaces ad other fine jewellery .Images of Sreedevi and Bhumidevi are on either side.There is an image of Dakshinamoorthy,in the sanctum facing the south.Dakshinamoorthy is commonly found in Shiva Temples.There is also a light behind the image which is kept burning all the time(Kedaavilakku).Because of these and also because of the fact that people got relief whenb troubled by evil spirits Chathan the diety is also believed to have a Shiva aspect also. 2)Irinjalakkuda Koodal Manikyam Bharatha Temple: In ths Temple Bharatha is the main idol.This Temple is 22 KM away from Thriprayar towards Thrissur route.This Temple has a beautifulTemple Complex and a Koothambalam.Here also it is Chathur bahu idol. The Temple opens early morning at 3-00 AM.Until 3-30 PM Darshan is allowed here in this great Temple.In the evening again from 4-30pm to 8-15 PM Darshan is allowed. This Temple is located in between Angamali(Ernakulam district)and Mala(Thrissur District) The Mithology goes that Hareetha muni son of Viswamitra Maharshi performed a penance and Meditation on the Banks of Poorna River(Periyar).Lord Mahavishnu who got impressed gave him Darshan in the beginning of Kaliyuga.Lord Vishnu advised Hareetha Muni how to overcome the resistaces caused in Kaliyuga.These advises were known as Thiru Mozhikal.People stayed in the area has Tamil connection also,"Thirumozhi" means Sacred Words.This place was later on known as Thirumozhikalam.Later on again reduced to Thirumozhikulam. This shrine is associated to a confusion among the bothers Lakshmana &Bharatha.When Bharatha came to the forest to invite Rama to take over Kingdom which he was looking after by worshipping his footwear called Methiyadi as a Symbol,Lakshmana got suspecious that he was trying to grab the Kingdom .Lakshmana also threatened to kill him.However Rama interfered and sorted out issue by proving the sincerity of Bharatha.Then both Bharatha and Lakshmana together decided to make worship Lord Rama,Seetha and Hanuman at Thirumuzhikkalam. The Vakkayil Kaimal again had a dream in which a Temple for four Temples for Rama,Bharatha, Lakshmana and Sathrughna were emphasised. .Accordingly,Kaimal constructed the Temples at Thriprayar for Sreerama,Irinjalakkuda for Bharatha,Muzhikkulam for Lakshmana and Payammal for Sathrughnan. Thus the four famous Temples had come up for worshipping. In Muzhikulam,the festival is in the month of Makaram This Temple was rnewed by King Chithira thirunaal after an invasion from Tipu Sultan. The Temple is situated 30 KMs from Irinjalakkuda.The visiting timings for Darshan is daily from 4-30AM 2-00Pm and again from 4-30pm to 8-00PM. 4)Payammal Sathrughnan Temple:

This is the smallest Temple among the Nalambalams which is in Payammal This Temple is considered to be the reincarnation of the Mahavishnu with Sudarshana Chakra in hand. The idol of Lord shathrughna is housed in a squarish granite Sanctum Sanctorum in this Temple.The original Panchaloha idol(Five metals Brass,Bronze,Copper Gold and Silver)have been untraceble though efforts have been made to retrieve from the Temple Pond situated in the backyard of the Temple Complex the existing idol of Granite Exudes a rare kind of Divinity.The Temple is heaven of Peace and Sanctity and a devotee can experience unique sense of satisfaction after praying in this heavenly abode. All poojas of Ushapooja,Uchapoojaand Athazhapooja are performed regularly here. The Temple is open for Darshan from 4-30AM to 10-00AM and again from 4-30 PM to 8-00PM A visit to all the four Nalabalams the same day is supposed to bring all luck,Blessings an every propects to the devotee from God Almighty. Flying Frogs &Snake butterflies

Here is a blog on Flying Frogs & snake butterflies based on information gathered from media and net. It is a well known fact in relation to Environment,rare and protected species in the Western Ghat that a lot of different species are being ignored and the exploitation og the ghats for commercial benefits thereby denying the right to live by rare species existing in the Western Ghats.Until now various frogs are stated to be under threat from hunters. Recently it is reported in the media{malaalamanorama dt 8th July 2018)that a flyinf frog was found in the garden of the Police station and confirmed to be flying frog of the category called Rhacaphorous Malabarcus and can fly upto 15 meters according to the Doctors from the Forestry college of Vellikkulangara.The reason for the arrival of these frogs into the garden is gussed to be owing to the destroyal of rainforests in nearby areas.The usual habit of these rare frogs is to hide in the leaves of plants most of the time.A policeman examining the plants in the premises of the police station found it and reported. All flyiNg frogs especially toad skinned & Rhacophorus typesfound in western ghats are in endangered list.The simple reason is the destruction of forest trees by encroachments and natural calamities like storms This frog is stated to have escaped from the nearby forest area and took a safe place.But how it has come to the Police station or has it been planted there by any one engaged in encroachment is a mystery . It is also seen from the same report that snake butterfly seen at night also took shelter in the same police station The presence of both together in the same night in the same police station would appear to be suspicious to the effect that someone purposely kept them in the area of Police station to find and rescue them. In any case it is a good happening whether incidental or a good gesture from a rain forest encroacher. This incident reported in the media relating to a Police station is enough for the authorities to think about the speciality of the environment and need to protect the western ghats and the rare species and medicinal plants available Bleh there. The Gadgil report and Kasturirangan reports are still in store without any purposeful suggestions .Neither central nor state Government have taken any firm decision on the protection of the forests and mountains , Even now digging of mountain for mineral sands and destroyal of forests for easy buckS are going on with and without permission of the authorities as reported in the media. Urgent and. Earnest action would appear to be necessary to save Western Ghats from disaster as the protection to the ghats has many serious repurcurssions if not looked into urgently.The rain and all other climatical benefits to the states of Kerala,Karnataka,Goa and Maharashtra are at stake for want of implementing the recommendations of Shri.Gadgil and shri.Kasturi Rangan reports, SreedharanMundanat 12 the July 2018

The quarter Final match between Brazil and Belgium on 6th July 2018 which was, perhaps, the best thriller of Fifa World Cup2018 in Russia was reported as" Red Devils cuts the feathers of canari".This was a bit cruel to the 5 times Champions of World Football cup.However,in the poetical sense and with ultimate sportsman spirit the description woul appear to be worth appreciating.Brazil registered as a member of Fifa in 1923.They played many international matches thereafter.Belgium never reached the Semi final of a World Cup. Just as Maradona did the veterans of Brazil Pele,Ronaldinho,Ronaldo,Zico,Romario,Rivaldo,Kaka,Socretes,Roberto carlos and many more must be remembering their contribution to Brazilian Football. The first time Brazil won a World Cup was in 1958 and continued to win 4 times more in 1962,1970,1994&2002. No other team has achieved this much recognition in the great game of soccer. In this World Cup 2018 the Veteran Players and most popular in the world are Lionel Messi ,Christiano Ronaldo and Neymer Jr who had represented Argentina,Portugal,and Brazil.So the exit of these three heroes simultaneously might,perhaps,be viewed as a dramatic irony of justification. Clay court King Rafael Nadal

10th of June 2018,perhaps ,most important and happiest day for Raefel Nadal of Spain as he has created yet another history in Lawn Tennisin Clay court winning it 11the time. His seniorand close friend Roger Federer had won in French Open only once in 2009.Butvat the same time he has in total 20:grand slams.He is elder to Nadal by 4 years which means Nadal has plenty of time and opportunity to reach Federer's figures of 20 grandsons if not overtaking it. Last night he had beaten Dominic Thiem an Austrian rival in straight sets 6-4,6-3&6-2. In fact Domenico Thiem had defeated Nadal recently in Rome and Mardrid open.But they were 3sets game & not 5 .That was the only difference.Here also last night it looked as if Thiem could take the first set.Nadal had to struggle in the first set. AAaANy way all is well and ended well for Nadal.Hecwas at the verge of breaking into tears at the victory stand conquered by emotional upheaval. Federer ,in fact,when he won his last match ,the 20th began virtually crying with tears all over his face. Federer,however did not take part by slipping French open certainly not to avoid Nadal but with a view to recouping his form for his most favourite Wimbledon next month.He has won 8 titles in Wimbledon out of his 20 titles. Rafael Nadal on the other hand has no ambition of overtaking the The ,20 titles of Federer .He has already 17 titles including the latest French Open and in all probability might overtake Roger as he is only 32 year old now. But according to his own words it is not one of his Ambitions. In Wimbledon this year there is every possibility of tuff fights among youngsters.the Two seniors Federer and Nadal are,however,likely to come face to face in Wimbledon .The draw will almost make sure whether they meet in final or earlier. His yesterday night(10thJune2018 night)opponent is just 24 year old and was reaching the final of French Open for first time and was confident of winning. Although he lost to the immense clay court experience of Nadal,he is likely to make many more finals in French open as was evident the way he played.The straight sets win of Nadal does not diminish the capability of Them in any way. he played Superior game against Rafael Nadal making him sweat enormously to seal the match. Domenic Thiem had his debut in 2014 when he lost to Nadal.Again in last year's semi final he lost to Nadal.This year he lost in Final.So his experience gathered with Rafael Nadal alone is enough for him to win many Grand slams in future including French Open. Here too Nadal who is generally a player who is affected by injuries in the middle of a match,had such a suspicion staged towards the end although he survived it successfully. Environment day-Planting of Saplings

The 5th of June every year is considered as World Environment Day by the United Nations since 1972.This is a very important World Day suggested by UN and every year being celebrated as such.This year the celebration and connected Global action is the responsibility of Canada. Every year a theme is being selected and approved by United Nation.This year 2018 the theme is "PLASTIC POLLUTION" The aim of the theme is to employ such methods to save every nation from the illeffect of Using plastic which could even lead to death if not proper care is not taken to avoid the impact of Plastic usage.Every Nation is expected to take steps to avoid or destroy Plastic products without allowing the, to mis with water resources like,lake ,river,.The idea is to avoid Plastic wastage to spread and finally joined with Sea. The best policy is to destroy Plastic by burning . Every year in most of the nations in the world there is a system prevailing to save forest and mountains.This also include excessive use of the mountain soil by digging the mountains to obtain mineral soil Besides this every year planting more Saplings of different plants and trees also suggested by the UN and is being implemented by all nations. In India also every places and cities planted saplings of plants and trees as a matter of routine. But the fact remains that even after the ceremony of planting saplings and the photography session the leaders who perform the deed mostly do not look back to ensure that the plants are grown up and not destroyed by various reasons. So generally very few plants survive to help the purpose of providing shades and protection from heat. By just performing this every year on 5th June as a matter of routine does not appear to have any urose served. This year the theme is Plastic Pollution which is a very serious matter.The use of Plastic can not be stopped overnight.It has to be stopped gradually by stopping use .For example one can resort to use of glass bottles instead of plastic bottles for drinking water.Every school going child has a water bottle made of Plastic material. The milk is being supplied in Plastic covers. Earlier Milk was being supplied in glass bottles.we changed the system for convenience and from economic point of view into plastic covers. Similarly the breakage of glass bottles made us to change to plastic bottles. So all of a sudden we can not stop plastic totally. But it has to be done as the menace of usage of plastic has been found to be devastating. We must realise now that 5th June ,the world Environment day is not just for plantation of saplings and to take photographs of such ceremonies. This year's theme of Environment day being " Plastic Pollution",it is our duty to gradually destroy plastic by stopping it's use. All of us know that the plastic bottles of cold drinks,plastic covers used for carrying goods are thrown away after use. Where do they go ultimately?Into the sea around us.Many of us do not know these plastics accumulated in the sea causes dangerous damages and ultimate death of life in sea like fish,turtles and many more. The facts about Midway Islands alone is enough to indicate how much life is affected by Plastic by way of it's presence around us. The story of Midway Islands is enough to make us think and to act to remove plastic from our life. Midway Islands is a a place where human living is impossible.It is between the Asian Continental and America in the pacific coast far away from places where people live.This group of Islands is the place where Albatross birds are living in groups in plenty.It is estimated that there were around 15 lakhs of Albatross birds in this group of Islands.Today the Island is becoming the graveyard of the birds.The sea we see around is not the same we saw many years back.Today the sea is full of plastic materials.Whatever we throw away ultimately reaches the sea travel to far away places and get deposited every where including islands similar to Midway Islands

The Albetross birds are dying because they think what is floated in plenty in the sea are food materials for them and eat plastic .This resulted in the death of the birds every day. Similarly in another incident,it was found in 2004 a small dead whale came to the shore through shore.When it's dead body was examined it was seen that it's stomach was full of plastis blocking entry of food into the Stomach and this caused it's death. There are many incidents of the sort happening all over the world causing harm to all kinds of living beings including human beings. So this year's theme of "Plastic Pollution" is of Paramount importance. We should ensure that Plastic is no longer used liberally for domestic purposed and gradually stop total use of Plastic. It is the duty of every citizen to bring to the notice of his/her acquaintances to avoid use of plastic as far as possible and stop totally invdue course of time. The theme of waste materials and their accumulation could be the theme for next year . Thus protecting Environment like forest,mountain water resources ,avoid use of Plastic totally and planting more saplings every year and looking after them later on are our basic responsibility to ensure welfare of Humanity with a view to living free from illnesses. The USA CRICKET- new systematic venture

The International Cricket Council (ICC) has since announced that the USA will be hosting the 2020 the World T20 American Group A RegionalQualifier from September 16 to 20 of 2018. Besides USA ,the other competing teams are Canada,Panama,and BBelize.The top two teams will join Bermuda and Cayman Islands in the Americas Regional finals with both teams having already advanced from the Americas Group Regional Qualifier held in Argentina early this year. Though no city has been selected yet to host for USA,only one ground is needed to play since only 2 matches will be played per day.This means that single -turf-wickets such as Indianapolis,Houston,Fort Lauderdale and North Carolina are possible options aside from the four ground Woodley Park in Los Angeles.It is notified that new members of USA Cricket Registrati0n must wait for further decisions. All eligible candidatescleared by the nominating and governance committee formed by USA Cricket. was to bwe announced by 13th May 2018 with a view to decide the winners.The result was to be announced by June 11. Thereafter three independent Directors are to be installed and a 10 member squad be formed before this years ICC Annual conference.A preliminary list of all voting clubs,leagues and other members already released by USA Cricket by April 27 Atleast two members on the new USA Cricket board will be female.(One of the two Elite Player Directors and one of the three independent Directors) It is a noticeable change from the previous USACA administration,which had no female members while it existed.This is as per the interest of the ICC sustainable Advisory group.They beleve that inclusion of women is a step that will make for stronger and more united board of Directors going forward. Dr.VincentAdams a member of the ICC sustainable Advisory group said in a USA Cricket Press Release"We have worked incredibly hard to develop a Constitution and a membership base that unites thye wondwefully diverse cricket community in USA and our hopes and expectations are that this diversity is reflected in the inaugural USA Cricket Board and we are really excited to announce this process which we are confident will attract the best possible candidates" Thus ,soon after establishing a proper cricket council,USA would start taking Nternational competitions and World Cup arranged by International cricket cricket council SreedharanMundanat 1st June,2018
