Tennis Star Rafel Naadal.
In the Italian Open Nadal once again proved his Supremacy in Clay Court defeating yet another Great Player Roger
Federer,the score being a notable & formidable 6-1,6-3.
Federer could claim just 4 sets out of 12 against smashing Speedster Nadal is also a proof for the injury
Sustained by him earlier preventing his appearance in major tournaments over a period of 6 months,has not really
affected his extraordinary skill on Clay courts.
This had been the 7 Th Crown in the ItalianOpen for Nadal.
This also marked the 8 Th final played after return from Injury apart from being the 36th win out of 38 matches.
The story of This years Italian Open does not end here.
This Open also marked an Identical women's Crown Victory for Serena Williams (USA)over the Russian Star Maria
Sharapova Ie 6-1,6-3.
This Open also marked the Crown win for Brayan Brothers( top seeds ) of USA over the Indians Pair
Bhupathy -Bhopanna 6-2,6-3.
Sorry .Federer lost 8 games out of 12 & not 8 sets.

Rafel Nadal who is the winner of 6 French Open Crowns is at present talking part in the same competition to ensure yet another victory.
ReplyDeleteIn the first round itself he had to face a very much alarming Scare from the German Youngster 25 years Mr.Daniel Brand.
It is like this .So strange for Nadal to miss a firstbset in a Grandslam.the score was 4-6 obviously Brand getting one break point.
But this is not the alarming factor for Nadal.Jin the second Brand took a lead of 3-0 over Nadal.Really a situation in which Nadal could have lost his dream of Of his 7 th title out of 8 appearances there itself .
But thank God he survived & won thenset just conceding Just one more game.he won 7/6( 7/4).
That was a great escape for the great Spaniard.
Later on Nadal said that Daniel Btand is great player with strong smashes& service who could serve Aces at his will.
Now whether Nadal will have to survive many more scares ,after rejoining Tennis after injury ridden 7 months ,only time could tell.
But the encouraging factor for Nadal is that he has 6 Wins out of 8 titles since his return to the field after 7 months.

Naturally ,we could hope the clay court specialist Nadal to Win at Roland Garros,Paris.
My Tennis hero Rafel Nadal advanced to the final of Australian Open today by beating world No1 Dejovik in an epic 5 setter today at Roland Garros ,Paris today.
ReplyDeleteThus he is the King of Clay court at least until next Sunday when the finals would be played.
His opponent in the finals would be decided today after some time as the 2nd Semi Final has begun a short while ago.
So please pray for Nadal on Sunday to claim maximum titles in Australian Open
